Appointments made through the website form are the sole responsibility of whoever writes them.

An email will be sent to the email address provided in the form about the date, time and value of the technician's visit fee, to prepare the quote.

The visitation fee must be paid to the technician at the time of the visitation.

The quote visit will only be confirmed after acceptance of the terms and conditions and amounts to be paid to the technician at the time of the visit.

If the contractor is absent at the indicated address, he or she must inform a place to collect the value of the visitation fee.

If the technician travels to the address and the contractor is absent, the travel fee must be paid anyway, as the technician was at the address.

If the customer is traveling to the address, the maximum period that the technician can wait to carry out the visit is 20 minutes after the telephone contact, (so that there are no delays in the next appointments.

About the work to be done.

All work will be done at the customer's home, (with the exception of TVs) if it is necessary to pick it up to the workshop, the document must be signed with authorization to pick up the central workshop, and confirmation of the physical condition of the device.

The delivery time for the device will only be provided after the part has been ordered.

About payment methods.

Payment methods for visiting fees, repairs and others are made to the technician at the time of the visit via bank transfer or cash. Payments by bank transfer or bank reference are not accepted.
